How do I find the right size?

We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Our performance denim and trousers are designed with high-stretch fabrics, so we typically suggest ordering your true waist size.

Are DUER clothes machine washable?

Yes, most of our garments are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to preserve the integrity of the technical fibers and extend the life of the garment.

What makes your denim 'performance' denim?

Our denim integrates technical fibers like Coolmax® for moisture management and Lycra® for 360-degree stretch, combined with a signature hidden gusset for maximum range of motion.

Do you offer hemming services?

We do not offer online hemming at this time, but our flagship retail stores provide complimentary hemming for all DUER pants purchased in-store or online.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery windows vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
